Sourabh Raj studied B.Tech. Civil at Manipal Institute of Technology and M. Plan at CEPT University, Ahmedabad. He interned at Jharkhand building construction department & ECOURBS Consultants. He has also worked at Santosh Shekhar Consultancy & Kalpataru limited before joining HCP in 2022. A significant project he has worked on is the Draft development plan of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
