Chetan Bhagat studied Architectural Draftsmanship & Estimating at Sheth C.N. Technical Centre and worked with Kamal Mangaldas before joining HCP in 1992. Significant projects that he has worked on include Development of Kashi Vishwanath Mandir & Manikarnika Ghat, Varanasi and ANU Learning Hub, Ahmedabad.
