Mihir Baxi has been associated with HCP since July 2020. He has completed his B.Arch from the Maharaja Sayajirao University in 2002 and MSc in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University, UK in 2006.
Before joining HCP as lead for Transportation, Mihir has worked in various roles in planning, design and management of large scale infrastructure projects related to airports like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gatwick, Bangalore, Perth, Jakarta and Brisbane. He has played a key role in the planning and implementation of the CAPEX implementation plan at Bengaluru International Airport during his time as Head of airport planning at BIAL.
At HCP, Mihir is responsible for providing leadership for Transportation projects and mentoring a team to deliver quality transport services. He is currently involved in Central Vista project for transportation elements.
Pradip Jadav completed his B E (Civil) in 2005 from L D College of Engineering, Ahmedabad and Master of Engineering (Civil) in 2007 from L D College of Engineering, Ahmedabad.
Pradip has been associated with HCP since September 2007 and he has considerable Project Management experience on large scale, complex, architectural and Infrastructure projects. Significant projects he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Project in Ahmedabad, Amocchu Land and Township Development Project in Bhutan, Mumbai Port Complex Master Plan in Mumbai, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Area Development Project in Varanasi, Development of Central Vista in New Delhi.
Pradip leads the Project Management Studio at HCP and mentors a team of engineers. He is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to commissioning. He also assists practice management activities and business development.
Ankit Mistry studied B.Arch at MS University, Vadodara and interned with The Impression, Ahmedabad before joining HCP in 2007. Significant projects that he has worked on include the Aga Khan Academy and AURO University.
Ganesh Ahire has been associated with HCP since 2010. He studied B.Arch from B.K.P.S. Collage of Architecture Pune, and Master’s in Urban Planning from IIT Kharagpur. He is registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) and the Institute of Town Planners India (ITPI).
Ganesh has worked on various large scale public projects in the field of Urban Planning and Urban Design. He has consistently led a team of planners and designers and delivered statutory and non-statutory projects for various Government Authorities in India.
Significant projects he has worked on include Development Plan for Ahmedabad 2021; Local Area Plan for Transit-Oriented Development, Ahmedabad; Town Planning Schemes at Nagpur; Master Plan for Mumbai Eastern Waterfront; and Pune River Rejuvenation Projects.
Kahan Vyas studied B.Arch at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology (S.V.I.T.), Vasad and interned at Vastu Shilpa Foundation before joining HCP in December 2007. Through his long-standing association with the practice he has led many projects; significant ones that he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Exhibition Centre, SRFDCL House and Applewoods Township.
Mahesh Iyer has been associated with HCP since 2006. He studied B.Arch from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli and a Master’s in Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham. The latter was sponsored by HCP, on account of his performance and capabilities.
Mahesh leads the Architectural Design Studio at HCP and mentors a team of architects. He is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to hand-over. He has considerable expertise in institutional and infrastructure projects. Significant projects he has worked on include Kankaria Lakefront, Ahmedabad; Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar; master planning for the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and the Central Secretariat at Central Vista, New Delhi.
Mahesh has also been entrusted with practice management and business development responsibilities. This includes recruitment of all technical staff and planning manpower resources for all projects across the organisation. He is also engaged in overseeing project bids, regular project monitoring, and managing and structuring the IT infrastructure for the practice.
M S Swaminarayan has more than 35 years of project management experience and has been associated with HCP since April 2004. He studied civil engineering at Government Polytechnic in Ahmedabad gaining a diploma in 1976.
Significant projects that he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Project in Ahmedabad, Himmatnagar Canalfront Development and Race Course Redevelopment. Currently, he manages various urban development and infrastructure projects at HCP.
