Mihir Baxi has been associated with HCP since July 2020. He has completed his B.Arch from the Maharaja Sayajirao University in 2002 and MSc in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University, UK in 2006.
Before joining HCP as lead for Transportation, Mihir has worked in various roles in planning, design and management of large scale infrastructure projects related to airports like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gatwick, Bangalore, Perth, Jakarta and Brisbane. He has played a key role in the planning and implementation of the CAPEX implementation plan at Bengaluru International Airport during his time as Head of airport planning at BIAL.
At HCP, Mihir is responsible for providing leadership for Transportation projects and mentoring a team to deliver quality transport services. He is currently involved in Central Vista project for transportation elements.
Pradip Jadav studied B.E. & M.E. (Civil Engineering) at L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. He worked with Aarvee Associates before joining HCP in 2007. Significant projects that he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Development and Amochu Land Development & Township.
Ankit Mistry studied B.Arch at MS University, Vadodara and interned with The Impression, Ahmedabad before joining HCP in 2007. Significant projects that he has worked on include the Aga Khan Academy and AURO University.
Ganesh Ahire studied B.Arch at BKPS College of Architecture, Pune and Masters in City Planning at IIT Kharagpur. He interned with Ar. Kamal Maik, Mumbai and GTZ, Delhi before joining HCP in 2010. Significant projects that he has worked on include the Pune Riverfront Project, Nagpur Town-Planning Scheme and Ahmedabad Central Business District (CBD).
Kahan Vyas studied B.Arch at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology (S.V.I.T.), Vasad and interned at Vastu Shilpa Foundation before joining HCP in December 2007. Through his long-standing association with the practice he has led many projects; significant ones that he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Exhibition Centre, SRFDCL House and Applewoods Township.
Mahesh Iyer completed his undergraduate studies at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in 2006 and joined HCP soon after. In 2011, he was sponsored by HCP to pursue post graduation at University of Nottingham. Through his long-standing association with the practice he has led many projects; significant ones that he has worked on include Kankaria Lakefront Development, Safal Profitaire, IIT-Gandhinagar and IIM-Ahmedabad.
M S Swaminarayan has more than 35 years of project management experience and has been associated with HCP since April 2004. He studied civil engineering at Government Polytechnic in Ahmedabad gaining a diploma in 1976.
Significant projects that he has worked on include the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Project in Ahmedabad, Himmatnagar Canalfront Development and Race Course Redevelopment. Currently, he manages various urban development and infrastructure projects at HCP.
Mahendra Patel is the senior-most project manager who has been associated with HCP since February 1994. Prior to that he was associated with Gannon & Dunkerley, a leading construction company for ten years. He studied B.E. (Civil Engineering) at L.D. College of Engineering.
At HCP, he uses his extensive, on-site experience to bring a technical rigor to the construction work. He is driven to ensure that buildings adhere to high quality construction & control standards. He supports various project teams for preparing cost estimates, project schedules, technical supervision and quality assurance. He is also responsible for preparing technical specifications for tender items.
