Find out more about projects in progress, and about office tours, events and collaborations that contribute to the vibrant and unique culture at HCP.
HCP's portfolio encompasses a wide variety of architectural and interior design projects from the late 1990s onwards. These range from modest restoration projects, mid-size office buildings, large speculative housing projects and institutions to some of India's largest architectural and interior design projects.
HCP's urbanism projects range across both planning and design. The urban design projects span street improvements, urban infrastructure, waterfronts and urban development. The urban planning projects span statutory development plans, local area plans and town planning schemes and re-imagining building regulations.
HCP's practice is informed by deep research. Its architecture and conservation projects incorporate historical research, site studies & post-occupancy studies. Urbanism research involves comparative urban morphology, building regulations, studies of land markets, global best practices, policy studies and planning.
HCP's earliest projects spanned the transformative latter decades of the 20th century, navigating the political and economic changes of that time. With their distinct practicality and timelessness, these projects proved important milestones along the practice's growth trajectory.
